So I was looking at my Scout loadout today and noticed that my Conscientious Objector was blank all of a sudden. In my backpack it's now missing the decal icon in the top-right corner, but when I click on it, the "restore" button still pops up, [URL="http://i.imgur.com/ZZzPL.png"]like this[/URL]. I haven't moved it lately, so it seems unlikely that I accidentally cleared it at some point. Anyone have any idea what might cause this? It has always showed up as blank in backpack views online, so that hasn't helped me see if it's a user thing.
Also, I'm a bit late, but here's my picture proving that the Grordbort hair [I]does[/I] indeed clip with the Full Head of Steam.

It has to download and apply the decal, I had the same issue several times, it hasn't been wiped.
but now it's team colors are fixed (at least in my code heh)
I didn't think that fix was even going to work, I'm a little surprised it did, since it didn't one the Black Rose (and it's the same code) :x

also this isn't for the community schema, this fix is so cool it's going to an email right now, because this fix can't wait 2-1389 months to get in

if Valve makes a way to fix rigging through schema code... then sure. Until then, nope.

Anyway, just emailed them this fix. If they don't add it by the time community schema 2.0 is done, I'll add it to that pack.

I assume it has something to do with Steam Cloud. I've been having trouble with it all day.

Only a sign that there's been something funky with the Charlotte and Atlanta servers all day. Canadian friends have had no problem, it seems. I've only heard of similar experiences here in the southeast.
Edit: But that doesn't mean that I'm not up to my ears in rainbows.

It probably would make more sense thematically if the arm was colored the other team color, but then it would probably get confusing.

I just pictured a 2012 TF2 Game mode.
It featured large maps that each had different catastrophic events. One map was a a huge city that was crumbling apart from an earthquake. Another map had a giant Volcano rise up out of the ground. A 3rd one had you dodging meteorites.

Well, we have bots, the practice mode, SleepyAl's Bot .nav files for custom maps...
I think we can play without a prob-

OH WAIT, Randomizer mode for listen servers.
I think we wouldn0t have too much trouble by the end of the world... oh, and LAN server connections too, so we can survive for a while in our underground bunkers

Made me wonder if a melee that fired a "bullet" would work.
Like a wand that shoots some kind of hitscan thing. Maybe a reverse melee, it suffers fall-off the closer it is.
Maybe even make it a secondary, not a melee.
I wish Valve would toss in another misc slot.
Misc 1 would be eyewear (Summer Shades, Professor Specks, and Deus Spec)
Misc 2 would be badges (Bolgan Family Crest, Mark of the Saints, and Gentleman's Service medal)
Misc 3 would be...for lack of better term, clothing (Fast Learner, Merc's Pride Scarf, and Rogue's Col Roule)
since I'm dipping into actual attributes now, I've been looking at them and studying them and noticing that like half of them aren't used.
For every "Increases heal rate" there's "decreases heal rate"
It seems for pretty much all "Increases..." attributes they made the opposite attribute, even if no weapon uses it.
What this means is there's dozens of attributes they don't even have to code, that should work fine, and that they can add to new weapons really easily. Throw together some weapons with these attributes, and put them in beta, and let the community do the balancing, rather than wasting time in-house balancing them.
