Valve's captcha is an elaborate riddle, created so that only the best may honor them with the privilege to send them an email.
Is it bad that I really do want to see a flamethrower that covers people in jarate (or marks them for death or whatever)? Flame of War Enemy players are covered in jarate -100% burn damage penalty -50% damage penalty Only pulls 2/3rds of the direct damage of the regular flamethrower, and no afterburn, but sets allies up. Good for dealing with groups, pairs well with the shotgun.

Stuff showing up in the schema, ambiguous email responses from Robin&co. 2.) Stuff like the doves on the old TF2 blog/things showing up on maps, and, of course, blog posts. While Valve is aware that hype from column 1 gets around to a lot of the hardcore fans, the vast majority of people who play TF2 are largely ignorant of them. If you don't frequent the forums or places like Reddit but you still play TF2 quite a lot, you'd have no way of knowing about them. That's why they start hype from column 2 on the eve of big updates, so they can catch the attention of a larger audience. My current speculation is that "official" hype from column 2 is still a few weeks away, thus, the next big update is even farther away than that. But I'm willing to be proven wrong aaaaany time now.

it also can't be solved by pressing enter, one must move their right arm and click the send button. Enter is a trap answer, it seems correct, but it only amounts of failure

what worries me the most about a major update coming soon is the amount of the people actually on the tf2 team

on a related note, I was poking around bodygroups and it seems that the reloading and ragdoolled weapons are using reversed projectile bodygroups, which is why the world models show Demoman and Pyro not loading anything when they reload, and then when they die, a mysterious grenade or flare is just floating there. It seems it's suppose to be the opposite. The floating grenade makes the reload animation properly load grenades, while the death animation obviously doesn't need the floating grenade. I just emailed Valve yesterday, so I think I'll wait for this a little before sending it, but I do think this is problem. [editline]18th June 2012[/editline] it's nothing I can fix either, btw

maybe, although if you just reverse the bodygroups, you might have a floating grenade in the idle animation. I think they need to be revered on the code end of things, but you can try a fix.

How do rocket launchers do it without the random floating rocket?
