Since that's controlled entirely via mouse sensitivity. I could see slowing mouse sensitivity on a specific weapon (even though that would be pretty awful and probably fixable via script) but sped up? And why is it an attribute if its entirely useless because of mouse sensitivity options? Or does it do something totally different. Is it an engineer attribute for his sentry? That would make a lot more sense.

Guys what if the sniper had a secondary that cloaked him while immobile and scoped?

At this point unless someone has real proof, we are all guessing.
What if they wait on the Summer Sale, so they can promote that "COOL NEW TF2 UPDATE" when everyone's on the store anyway. Like they did with the MannConomy-Update.

I can apply the voice filter from the fly-boy on any item I want, with parameters so I can make the pitch whatever I want.

Funny story about this. I had a dream last night I could use the flyboy's attribute to give the Aspect a ridiculously awesome voice filter.
It's too bad I can't make attributes parts of styles though, I'm a little worried that giving the Aspect a voice filter might not go over well with some people.
Let it better be or they won't accept it at all. Knowing them, they see there's something they don't like but are too lazy to fix it so they're forgetting about it, (as with everything).

You should apply pitch changes to different Pyro heads, like deeper for the skull or the some sort of spooky distortion for the apparition's aspect.

With the imp set there's little to no money involved, and it's totally optional and holiday restricted.

Speaking of the Manniversary, looking back at the Schema, the entries for the Weta items from christmas are all before the Manniversary stuff, meaning they were probably planned for that update, but weren't finished yet.
