I don't know, one of the Christmas 2010 items, it's right under the AoE heal on taunt attribute.
Also another new fix from community schema 2.0 I'm adding
- Fixed a bug where the Black Rose was not properly marked as tradable (Valve had patched it to make it tradable, but did not override the default achievement item behavior)

Have you added a description to the disciplinary action to say it's range is 70% longer than normal?
That would actually be a fairly logical downside to the Amputator, longer taunt time. But also kind of not completely a downside because of the healing.

yea, it being right under the Amp's upside, this might have been the downside for it, but it either didn't work, or it ended up the longer taunt was actually an upside because of the healing.

does anyone know if the Short Circuit's bodygroups work consistently in-game? I know they're broken in loadout, but in-game, do they cause hands to disappear like the GRU?
It has some extra coding for bodygroups, I was thinking of messing around with it on the GRU and seeing if I can get hiding bodygroups at the right time to be consistent.
