Tomorrow was always the night. Valve's rumored to be working on a "Steam channel" or whatever you want to call it for the Wii U. If Gaben's gonna roll onto a stage, it'll be there.
Where the hell did that rumour come from?

Sony had the highest chance, hell they showed CSGO and Portal 2, Gabe won't be at this E3. Maybe next year.
Well Sony was nothing.
Sony gets a solid B in my book for actually having fucking video games. Only the book shit lost points.
I remember reading somewhere that valve clearly said they wouldn't even be at E3
I remember reading somewhere that valve clearly said they wouldn't even be at E3
Except they are at e3?
in what capacity
in what capacity
Physical capacity, as was the style at the time.
But in all seriousness, I think their panel is on Wednesday which is smart since Nintendos is tommorow and all eyes will be on the Wii-U this year.
in what capacity
Showing off CS:GO, Dota 2 and an actual showing off of the Big picture mode.
Where the hell did that rumour come from?
The same place every E3 rumor comes from.
My ass.
Or barely credible news sites.
Same thing, really.
in what capacity
They have a booth where they're showing off DOTA 2 and Big Picture mode, and CS:GO is playable at the MS and Sony booths
Sony gets a solid B in my book for actually having fucking video games. Only the book shit lost points.
book shit was cool as fuck tech for kids, but of course the presentation of the thing was awkward as hell because ps move tech is flawed and shitty
Nothing is more imaginative than an italian plumber with a bad hat throwing a turtle shell at a dragon.
I like Mario's cap :c
Since we're talking about E3, holy shit does that Injustice DC fighting game look good. Superman vs Batman? Harley Quinn vs Wonder Woman? Sign me the fuck up.
Nonono, They are AT E3, they're just not releasing any new games at E3.
maybe at this year's comicon they'll give out free genuine mann of science stuff? a medic can only hope.

pretty much this I thought it was good looking too but maybe I was excitied for the playstation battle all star royale. Well off to the e3 booths on my ps3 today when I get back home. Back to disscusion sorry if I threw the topic off track.

Major Update Speculation Thread V3: "Playstation Kinect is shit" Edition
Wednesday is Valve's booth show off apparently. At least that's where Big Picture Mode will be demoed.
also I just got this bizarre thing in my head of Scout, Ellis, Tidehunter and P-Body playing with a Wii-U controller in that cool Source filmaker style, with Reggie introducing it, and the crowd going absolutely insane as Steam-U is introduced as the primary distribution system for Wii-U games, with all of Valve's games being launch titles, including the console exclusive version of Dota2.
Maybe I'm psychic
Am I bad because I secretly hope if they did that they'd announce all of Valve's games coming to the Wii U, with TF2, Portal 2 and Dota 2 all supporting items?
[editline]5th June 2012[/editline]
I mean it makes sense, they've made surprise appearances at both Microsoft and Sony's over the years, time to spread the love to Ninty!
Right? :tinfoil:
I guess this is turning into a general Valve speculation thread.

just during E3 week, because of the vagueness of everything. A TF2 rumor could be attached to anything E3 related.
My reaction would be this. Except with Valve.
Yeah I would totally be 404 not found too!
WiiU is the only console Dota could work on anyway, with the touch screen second screen controller, for movement and micromanagement you can't get on a big TV.
Also makes TF2 the star for multiplayer Big Picture mode, because LOLOLOLOLOL dota with a controller. We win this round! :D
so much for tf2 speculation I guess.
Wednesday is Valve's booth show off apparently. At least that's where Big Picture Mode will be demoed.
What is Big picture mode
What is Big picture mode
Basically movie mode.
What is Big picture mode
turns Steam (and all games that support it) into an HDTV based system, with controller support and a larger GUI.
Maybe they will show Meet the Pyro with said Big Picture mode at E3.
Also my guess is still for the 23rd since they've updated it that day every year so far.
