"Think of the deeds of hellish cruelty, the hidden wickedness which may go on, year in, year out, in such places, and none the wiser." Classic Holmes. My normal computer sure picked a good time to die. I'm not gonna get to enjoy this update as much.

Soho is in westminster which is in london. Sherlock holmes comes from baker street which is in the same borough. Not sure if that's helpful
Just to throw it out there, if memory serves, Soho isn't too far from Baker Street, where Sherlock Holmes lived in his stories.
It might be the place Pyro is burning down in the Coming in 2012 picture!
Valve could not have picked a better time for this update. My last exam was today and my summer has officially started.
I have an exam for an online course on Friday. Yaay.
I'm still waiting for a WH bot to contact me so I can get this damn Private Eye and see this for myself..
What if the diaries and capacitors are all timed drops?
It might be the place Pyro is burning down in the Coming in 2012 picture!
Doesn't look like victorian london architecture. Looks more like a farm
Love it when Valve does stuff like this.
A MANDATORY Nuclear Dawn update went out, no, this is not a TF2 update
Doesn't look like victorian london architecture. Looks more like a farm
It was worth a shot.
i asked my friend about soho and he said it was the gay quarter of london
Woha. The capitalized words in the Diary description are "RESPECT THE PRIVACY" and "MYSTERIOUS TIMES" That obviously points out to the Sherlock set. What are some other capitalized words in descriptions? Banana- WE HAVE NO IDEA Fish- MADE OF GOLD, EVEN FISH, TO GET YOU OFF THE SCENT! Could this mean anything?
Quoting something from an old TeamRoomba video: "Thank god there's smart people playing this game." So thanks to those of you that're figuring this weird crap out, because it's certainly over my head :v:
It might be the place Pyro is burning down in the Coming in 2012 picture!
>London tells Pyro he can hold the Olympic torch >Pyro torches London
Pyro- hanging out in bars in old compton street.
Yeah, pyro is burning down Baker St. in the meet the pyro banner.

[editline]20th June 2012[/editline] fucking ninjad
No, they don't They only look like they do I filled in some of the dots with words from the quotes. Looks like some of them have spaces where characters could go that don't line up with the quote. Those ... are three missing characters. ".a.d ..." just straight doesn't fit anywhere Lint: "... the ... .hi.h ..." Plank: "... year in, year out, ..." Peel: "... may go on ..."
i asked my friend about soho and he said it was the gay quarter of london
Gay Pyro confirmed!
Doesn't look like victorian london architecture. Looks more like a farm
darn it

I suppose the dome on the left of this image in the background could be on the right foreground of meet the pyro. Seems unlikely Still looks more like a farm The thing I notice about the meet the pyro image is that the buildings aren't uniformly out into the street with one another, as in some of them are set further back, and the street isn't very wide. This could easily be some side street in soho though, anyone know if any Sherlock holmes books took place there?
Yea, the Fish and the Diary are the only two that seem to actually fit perfectly in the quote. The other have leftover characters.
Yeah, pyro is burning down Baker St. in the meet the pyro banner.
I knew it!
Yea, the Fish and the Diary are the only two that seem to actually fit perfectly in the quote. The other have leftover characters.
Do leftover characters spell something?
I just registered to say this , there are many sets which do nothing like Santa's Little Accomplice etc. Lets try all ?
