- The error messages you get are part of one of 8 PNG images
- Other people get different messages

- Trying other approaches (outside of trying to brute-force everything) is wrong and dumb, they are very obviously PNG images at this point
- Conflicts means someone submitted something wrong, submit right data to fix it
This should clear up the most frequent questions I see, but then most of them are from SPUF and I think everyone knows how good SPUF is so there's that.
Anyway there's not much else I can do now, so just submit codes

I've just learned to expect as little as possible out of Valve's mystery events and just enjoy the clusterfuck as it all happens.
