#2 is the closest to being completed, 8 bytes left and the conflicts to fix!

So, I know about the error codes and the bananas and stuff, but what's going on with them? I jump forward ~20 pages and I have no idea whats going on. Could someone kindly fill me, and possibly tons of other people, in on what's what?

I have two bananas I can give; I already crafted them and found/entered my code.

There are 8 error numbers with 388 possible codes each, all 388 having their own hex code. People are trying now to decipher the hex codes amassed grouped by their error number, and so far the conclusion is that it's a QR code.
