You serious? I played nearly the whole week, and up till today, I haven't gotten a single drop except the medal. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't, after the reset ALL the hours that I have played in a week be erased? Right. That way I'd be guaranteed drops, without bitching. With this system it seems to carry over previous hours, or a fixated number of hours spent before reset, or a new fixated of hours onto the previous week that I have left for getting items.

Nah, when crafting came out whatever was left got turned into other hats. I found another one the day after and my friends wouldn't stop laughing at me :C

Kind of a stupid question here, If I craft using say, 4 lvl3 metals and a solider Token, will I get the specific hat I want with 100%, so I could choose from the 4 of them, or it just narrows down the class but it's still random between the solider hats, 1:4?
I want the Kabuto or stash the most but If I get a pot, I get angry.

You don't get to choose, just randomly get one of the Soldier hats.
