They are. Also, they are very superstitious.
I.E. If you idle on a friendly fire server and type +attack you will get more items, if you idle in spectator you get more drops, if you kill a child on the 10th day on the 10th month you will get a hat, etc.

The only superstition I have is "ohh shit he's got a Tyrant's Helm I'll never beat him" (and for a few other hats, also all Gibus wearer suck at the game and have only owned it for a few days)

I have owned the game for 5 days and wear a gibus but that doesn't mean i suck.
I read all the wiki pages, i just need practice.
Don't wear the Gibus. The classes all look cooler by default than with this Gibus on. (except possibly the medic)
