After the item drop reset I played for about 3 hours and got only 2 items.
And I think I hit my cap :saddowns:
This drop system is fucking shit. I have to wait such a long damn time to get items.
And that also brings another problem, it seems that it's impossible to get hats now.

The Cloud/Community has been down a bit today, may be the source of your problems.
I've only once seen one getting a hatdrop from a server..
And now when you only get 8-11 items per week... it's going to be 0.01% chance to get a hatdrop.
I got 3 items since last reset. Hit my cap.

It seems they're actually letting people that don't play the game a lot, get more out of it. Where as people who play a lot seem to get less. It's a very retarded system, I really hope they change the way it functions. At least make it to where it resets each day, or every other day. That way people would be guaranteed to get drops all throughout the week, instead of getting pointed a fixated amount on their supposed reset day.

I got 9 this week but that's less then what I got the first week.
I've been getting drops but by god they've been awful.
I've honestly gotten 5 Flare Guns in the last 2 weeks, I don't even use the bloody thing.
