Seriously. No one likes the Engie's Cap, but no one [b]really[/b] dislikes it either, if you know what I mean. I used to have it but I crafted it away after I got Hotrod, I kinda regret it because it's still a really good hat.

I see that for Ten Gallon, that's about it really. I hate overrated hats.

My definition of overrated is a hat that clearly has good quality, but somehow always gets the attention over the other hats for that class when the other hats clearly have potential as well.
