Or make a daily cap, two items per day sounds reasonable, that's 14 items a week, and it makes idling obsolete, since nobody needs to idle for just two items, just by playing for a bit every day, you are guaranteed items.

Keep the mask, it's a nice hat, but the beard, unless you want to play hobo-Spy, it's a bit ugly.
