I think either the chin or the arms should come with big feet though. Preferably the chin (because MANLY lumberjack arms).

Here's a step by step of what I did:
1. Moved the w models to the c models folder
2. Replaced the 'w' with 'c' for each file (so 'c_smg.mdl' instead of 'w_smg.mdl' for example)
3. Opened the c_smg.mdl filed with XVI32; re-named the filed path to 'tf/weapons/models/w_smg.mdl' to 'tf/weapons/models/c_smg.mdl' ([url=http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t106/Bondjiffy1613/tf2trblshot3.png]Image[/url])

I needs some help.
So I'm making a pistol. Reanimating a pistol seems easy enough, but I'm having trouble compiling. I heard that c_models can still be reanimating, so I went on a reanimating spree and have two problems. One, don't know how to put the textures on the tf2, thus making it checkerboard, and two, I don't know how to compile the pistol. I will soon make a reanimation for the scout, but first I need to know if it is possible to make it work.
I'm in some deep duty?

We've probably got too many birds but one more couldn't hurt. Saw an image in the media thread with the Soldier with an Eagle and it seemed such an obvious relationship. Someones probably already done it but I haven't seen it yet.
Mainly doing this because I've barely made any organics in my time so this will be different and some good practice. Just blocking out ATM to get the shape and proportions right before committing any time to detailing. The head still seems a little big and he has no feet yet. Might make him a bit fat from improper feeding from Soldier.

Work on it too if you want. It's not my idea so it's unfair to keep it to myself. I'll be lucky if I can finish this in the next 2 weeks.
