I think you're going in the wrong direction with this. It clashes with the style of the rest of the set. I would either say a warning label or serial numbers would be best. Or even nothing.

What does that look like without the yellow block? The crossboned skull will blend a bit, but that might just be what you're looking for.

This is a massive improvement over the radioactivity symbol.
While I think I'd still prefer a stenciled serial number, I'd be ok with the final version looking like this.
