Right in time for my birthday. So please rate up if you'd love to see those in-game. Would be a nice present and all. Finally, I got the damn model in-game.
It might help someone so ill write down what i did.
1. Export model as .obj from any program
2. Compile using the Itemtest
3. open .mdl file with Notepad++
4. Change "Unnamed" to "weapon_bone" (both without " around em)
5. Remove the "idle" after "@idleNULL"
6. Enjoy a working view model in-game.
Now i would like some CC on the textures, I removed almost all grunge from them, but now i think that the brush strokes might be too dark, and i apparently erased some parts of them when i added the grudge, so I have to fix them up.

Just learn real compiling without item test. Item test is a crutch and really you shouldn't use it until submission and even then just try to copy the folder format.

The SMD importer and exporter were never built for 3ds max 2013. I am sure there is a work around but it is universally better to start on 2011 or 2012.
