It's in Source Sounds, but it's used in TF2.
Try making a sound, name it "sprayer" and put it in the player folder in sound and see if it works.

Honestly, specifically including or excluding Demoman is going to seem racist given the circumstances, so you either have one of two choices.
If you make it for a select class or a few (three or so), do not include Demoman as it would seem inappropriately picked and potentially racist.
If you go for all-class, make it ALL class, do not exclude Demoman on the premise that it will segregate him since a noose around a black's neck is racist. The fact that you exclude him from the other 8 is simply going to be in itself. If it is for all nine classes, it has no racial reference if everybody is included. Nobody is left out.
Besides, if Valve happens to take issue with it, they are entitled to ask it be removed from Demo or simply not include it.
So long as you work within the criteria above, I see no problems.

Remember to compress your mod with the right directories (Use Winrar or 7zip). The template is in the OP.
