Well, I started out with non spooky items. So I decided too just make spooky creepy items from now on :D
At least till i made one for each class.

I think a raven or crow for spy fits the Halloween theme rather well.
Extra points if it has a creepy, possibly team colored, glowing eyes-style.

Since you're pretty good at making organic things (from the faces models and such you've made), do you think you could make this as a Halloween hat?

Engineer's cut off right arm that he replaced with the gunslinger. It's supposed to resemble severed hands like Thing from The Adam's family.

Just load up the engineer and either steal the hand by just cutting it of him, or use it as a 3d reference and model a higher detailed one from it(in maya if you use it, you could just put the hand in a new layer and make it transparent or reference)
I use the existing models as reference. That way I'm sure my models look right.
But i could give it a go, at least the model. ill let somebody else UV and texture it :P

I think pyro should have a tiny, blackened, fried chicken-like bird on his shoulder or head.

I sadly can not model, and I'm a very slow learner with currently not enough free time on my hands due to my welding education... so the idea is going to remain a request on my part.
