Look, I'm not going to start a 2 page drama, I'm just stating my opinion. Multicolored ponies from a kid's cartoon, that while I don't have a problem with people enjoying, have no place in team fortress. If they were stylized and using the team fortress artstyle, like the deus ex promos, then MAYBE, and that is a BIG maybe.

I mean, it's enough to have Saxton Hale be able to scare foes with his name sake, jump 50 feet in the air, and kill people with one punch, but you have these Freak Fortress abominations that are given insta-kill guns, stun attacks that block the player's screen, and even ubercharge.
It's bad enough they're based on terrible gmod video memes that never should have caught on, or Touhou characters
