I'll definitely think about other ones, but considering that Massed Flies is my favorite existing effect (on account of it making sense, being theme-able and not looking very obnoxious) I'm probably not very good at coming up with potential high-tier effects. I would definitely get much better results with it if I used a tablet, but it's still the most useful brush I know.

You might need to have the SDK installed, though on that note, I could find a way to rename models without having to recompile, the thing is when you rename a model, even internally in its file, you also need to recalculate the checksum (that's just a signature to make sure the file is not corrupted),I didn't look into how to calculate the checksum for the model files, there's no need to recompile. With that solution in mind, I could make the app be used to download skins and install them in a few clics automatically, basically becoming a skin hub, don't know what tf2mods.net, gamebanana or Valve would think of that, that might be making it too easy to install skins, let me know what you think. When it's done, I look forward to being able to convert mods to skins they're not set on~

And there is one issue: right now it clips with the canteen on the demoman which also clips with the Aladdin's Private Reserve. Now should I move it to the other side and then get screwed when Valve changes the canteen position or should I leave it on the left side and ignore the clipping?

Oh well. I agree with you, your reasons make sense imo. Also, most server got sv_pure on, resulting the skins become inactive, which is pretty irritating..

It should be a versatile tool for modders which pretty much combines everything in one powerful utility. A simple readme with comprehensible installation info is easier than downloading an extra program which you'll use about once or twice.

Besides, I personally don't download hat mods 99% of the time, because while I can spruce up weapons, audio, and effects, hats are big part of how other players percieve you. Or I guess I should say I don't want to have to equip Proffesors Specks, Larrikan Robin, and License to Maim in order to look good to [I]myself[/I], but ugly to others.
