When your making a item for more then one character in game, all the models for each character should use the same texture right? And if so, where should it be located, under materials\models\player\items\all?

Well it was originally supposed to be there, but as the dispenser lost its bottom section, the spot where the canister was supposed to be attached was lost as well. Somehow I managed to brainfart an idea of it being rammed under the top hatch, which the gauge placement is sort of trying to hint about.

Damn it, why cant spys cigarette have its own group, the mask wont look good on him with and the mask will clip through the mask he equips when he disguise himself. Unless you can make the voodoo mask disappear when he uses a disguise.

Oh, I didn't see that. It looks more like the twisty wires have a pressure gauge attached to the end. It's too late now but a little bit of exposed canister would look nice in my opinion.

The cigarette is part of the Spy's model. You can't get rid of it. Of course, if someone wanted to submit an updated model to Valve...

all items are removed when he disguises, cigarette has flexes so I don't think a bodygroup will work, cigarette clipping is not at all a big deal, it does it with his disguise mask and in commentary the TF2 team said they left it that way on purpose because it's funny
