If you're really afraid of people being over-sensitive about this, you can always name it The Green Death in reference to the Green Flu.
But, I think The Black Death should be fine. Valve has the Demoman constantly refer to himself as a Black Scottish Cyclops.
Why not something like "The Scottish Strain"?
Black Death doesen't seem that offensive imo, but people may still find ways to nitpick and flag it.

Ehh, could you possibly group the items together? They work extremely well when worn together, but the chest one just doesn't hold any appeal independently. The face one works great by itself; the arms, a little less, but still quite well. It's mainly just the torso one that should probably be paired with one of the aforementioned two.

I haven't even got confirmation from sexy that he would want to model the chest part because he's a sleepin kind of guy.

I guess so, seeing as how The Eye Infection works with a heaping handful of hats. Fuck, I dunno, I just wanted more than two things on this set and I was having so much fun making it and Sexy was so fast and efficient and I don't want it to end ever.
