I did? Oh. I mean oversaturated as in intense, much like the A Distinctive Lack of Hue color.
I think the color of the hat is fine. The lack of other black parts on the Spy model (the Soldier is covered in black belts) makes it stand out a bit, but I don't think that's a problem. It's the shades that I find too intense, and thinking about it now I think it may have to do with the uniformity. The Black Box texture is broken up by lighter patches and wear, and all the other sunglasses items have at least slightly lighter-colored frames.

I'd say the straw doesn't even need the crinkles on it as mesh, you could just texture it on. It won't be seen right up that close for details like that to be necessary.

Dude, did you just ignore the feedback Sparkwire gave you? Don't model the small details like the crinkles or the holes on the cap (or whatever it's called).
There are a lot of unneeded bevels too.
Just compare the size of the details on your item to the smallest details on the player model, you'll see what I mean.
