Like this? An item like this could make sense in the fact that Gray could have tried to make disguised robots, Pyro would probably be the easiest to make a disguised robot of since nobody really knows him and he already acts weird.

I had this very same issue a while ago. And it turned out the reference SMD for Heavy I was using was old and had the leg bones in different position than the latest one. Fix was to decompile the latest Heavy model, and re-rig the whole thing...

Just off the top of my head. I may be wrong about stuff, so don't quote me on it:
Pretty much all of them contains pipes. For big ones, Granary comes to mind, for a lot of smaller ones think Foundry would better. I'm pretty sure Lakeside contains a hook holding up some pallet somewhere, I can't recall seeing a hook prop anywhere, but they should reasonably exist, at least in community maps using the Construction theme. Barbed wire exists in two sets of props: Tall metal fences with looped barbed wire on top, and lower wooden fences with straight barbed wire suspended between the poles (I combined these two to make the barbed wire barricade in my No Man's Land Wanderer trench setpiece), both of which are used primarily on map borders. I think the steel fence can be found on Hydro, Freight and Well, and possibly Viaduct as well. Not sure about the wooden one, but it has to be used somewhere. Wall-mounted fans exist in Viaduct and Kong King, possibly also in Granary and 2fort. Smaller table fans probably don't. Pretty sure lone nails don't exist anywhere (too small to be a meaningful prop) but you can probably find some sticking out of woodwork props in some of the farm-themed maps. I'm relatively sure there are isn't any rebar, loose bricks, fence-free fence stakes or flag poles anywhere.

Oh yeah, woops.
I knew there was a reason people didn't like light beams but I forgot why.
It's a really clever idea to have the light shine itself onto the Pyro mask. It'll probably need to occupy the Grenades and Beard equip regions to avoid looking weird with the other masks.
On those lightbeams, isn't it possible to have your own ubercharge vtm and vtf? It seems that way. If so, couldn't you force an alpha on the ubercharge to remove the lightbeam entirely when ubered?

I made a failed attempt at making an almost-rhyming name instead of alliteration. Knowing Valve, they might rename it to "Firestarter's Flashlight" or something along those lines.
