Once upon a time that Administrator doll (WIP, textures pending) was like any other. Until now!!!! Merasmus took his magic to it as a practical joke and so was born a tiny cotten-stuffed doppelganger! Essentially it'll follow the player about like the Balloonicorn and the Robro (because the floating companion fad isn't done quite just yet) and emit a 'possessed' particle. Ideally I'd want it to mimic the announcer every time she calls out ingame but in a smaller, squeakier voice. [img]http://puu.sh/14tJ4[/img] This fucker is finished ! I managed to make everything fit in only 2 models ! First one have 96 flex controllers that works with every flexes except dead and silence. (96 is the max number of flexes you can do on one model) Second model is the pyro one, no flexes. Optional 3rd one for the demo which is missing an eye. The ghost itself have all the "speaking" flexes : WQ,OH,UH,AE, etc. and an angry and happy expression that are reused for all the other flexes. They are so short anyway that making a new flex for every expression would be too much. Also they make the opposite expression, of course. Workshoping/Notluing soon

for someone thats never done any sort of modelling what would be the easiest to use? blender?

I think you could afford more on the skin so it actually looks like broken skin. Right now its like torn paper. If you don't know what I mean, I'd be happy to do a pass of the model to show you. Could also texture if you wern't doing it yourself.
Decided to rid of the face texture to make it a bit more simple and doll-like. [img]http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/923/adminwitch4.jpg[/img] May get rid of the particle as well as I don't have a decent place to put it without it looking odd.
