Well in case he hasn't made a concept yet, here's one I whipd up after seeing those pictures.

See, it doesn't even ruin "class recognition" because of it's lighter colored arms.

Oh, and it's this in case you don't know:

Sneks must be much bigger and stylized.
quick edit:
It's really good looking now. Will you consider making a Heavy-bot style when you're done though?
Thanks! Umm, I mean I'm down for flexing a new style for it but its Ronins model and Psykes texture so bug them about it.
I'm still uncertain about the skin in some places though. Maybe it's just me, but I feel it looks a bit off being that bright on his chin for example
I don't think the texture is quite done just yet.

Correct, I plan to roll the sleeves up to just below the elbow. Probably won't start on it until after halloween stuff.
I'm still looking for someone who could skin/rig/weight the bigfoot arms and chest hair.

I'm not great at rigging but I might do it if no one else does

I considered it. I think its very unlikely i'll be doing it however. Although its not off the table yet.

Thats where psyke will work on. Just a simple quick blending work before i finish everything off on the final stage of detailing.
If it wasn't for the damn decompiled heavy model fucking up when i import it I would be able to do it my self. But i have decompiled him 5-6 times now, and every time i get bad skin weights on the the entire model. Its really annoying, Valve should release an a updated set of maya and max models made for skinning, with all body groups and bones...
so is it going to be bloody?
(the terminator I mean)
so is it going to be bloody?
(the terminator I mean)
no. i think its good to avoid blood to further take it away from gore and frankly, if i inserted blood there, it puts it a step into the realm of realism that i think the model (and TF2) can do better without.

Valve, why aren't you accepting cosmetics and weapons.
if anyone wants to add this, up to you, don't really care...

Anyone got some concepts for a Halloween misc or hat?
aw. I'm sure it can be stylized well enough. I love the blood on terminators, especially after seeing this model up close
it's not so much gory as much as it is part of the disguise. it has a distinct synthetic look.
You really don't give up.
I have not seen a definitive answer yet, and plenty of other people seemed to want it. So no, didn't seem like I had any real reason to give up :v:

I think the inside parts of the skin could maybe look good with this kind of color on the inside skin parts
It's pretty subtle, won't make it look overly gruesome, but will make it look more like flesh rather than just skin.
I don't think having obvious blood splattered on it would be that fitting though.
working on it theres no trigger either
Hello,
A staff member has replied to your question:
Hello Marvin,
We appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately, once the contributor percentages are set and agreed upon in the Workshop they're final and cannot be modified. The self-made items are granted automatically to all listed contributors when an item gets shipped, so in this case being the sole contributor on the Workshop you got the only self-made item, and now that the item has been shipped that information can't be modified.
You can still credit your contributor in your Steam profile, but we are unfortunately unable change the information on that item.
If you have any further questions, please let us know - we will be happy to assist you.
That's it. Game over.
Get that a lot too. You are better off setting your "SET PATH" command in the runmaya.bat to use team fortresses 2 bin folder. Seemed to help a lot when i get issues with the plugins but it also means you have to run TF2 once after an update before they will work.
Ill have to try that, thanks. Id switch to Max but I really quite like Maya.

Oh man, I could never do that.
Good on you bro, that shows some serious devotion to the other contributor.

Let me know when you finish modelling it, I'd love to take a crack at texturing it. (Also backpack icons.)

So what's the story behind this?

I presume Constructor forgot to add a bunch of guys to the list of contributors on his Medi-Mask. Therefore, he only got the self-made.
