Are you guys REALLY sure you can't do a Cycklops eyewear replacement that is placed in front of his normal eyes and cover his eyepatch? You know, much the same way as they did the Heavy terminator cosmetic? Like this. [img]http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l189/Simski_2006/one-eyedbloodymonster2.png[/img] I'm really not at all as fond of the idea of giving Demoman more eyes rather than taking away his missing eye. He does after all describe himself as a "black Scottish cyclops" and a "one-eyed bloody monster". Really, I'm surprised there's not more people attempting this for Halloween.

they're just folds and creases caused by the filter clamp and on an unrelated note [img]http://puu.sh/15njb[/img] reducing the phong really helped
I still think your normal map is 2stronk. There should only be strong normal mapping on creases like the seam going down the middle and those cracks (?) on the right side. I also think you should change the phong so it's smoother, sharp rimlighting makes it look noisy and aliased.

I wouldn't advice on the kill tally on the side, in the past they always look far too tacky to work well, and I really hope that jiggleboned bipod-looking thing isn't going to jiggle the whole 90'. Maybe a little at most, overdoing it could ruin the whole thing.
