First, The yellow makes it look like jarate. I would recommend making it purple or green or something more halloweeny to avoid ambiguity. Second, we have a lot of grenade replacements already. Maybe a hip style and a chest style, and make the chest style replace grenades on Pyro, Soldier and Demo?

Thanks, ill try that file soon. Found a way around using the smd for weight painting. I just have to weight my model using the files in the SDK content folder, then export the weights with maya. Open up a non working smd and then import the model as an .obj and then import the weights too the model, and then export it as an smd.
Not really sure which smd importer/exporter I'm using, but its the one that you had to download a fix for, if your using maya 2011 or 2012(i'm using 2012 and the fix)
But now i have a new problem, this is what the model looks like in HLMV.
