I have gotten dozens of people telling me the Shadow dweller is too close to 9. One dude even said I should remove it because it's too close to 9. I really feel like making a image.

Shadow Dweller + Sight for Sore Eyes = 9.
So lots of people making Pyro items for Halloween. Cool. But these items seem to be spooky or directly related to Halloween.
One thing about Valve's costumes I always didn't quite like was Pyro's. Of all the things related to fire, and monsters and pretty much being able to do whatever they want, they gave Pyro a generic demon set. Pyro could have literally ANYTHING and they give him a demon set, which could have been given to Scout or Spy and not really been much different.
So what monster would Pyro be if he was a monster. A popular trope in video games is the lava land, with its lava monsters. These are usually my favorite levels in games, and I find the fauna that the creators invent for such a hostile environment to be cool. Rocky, hard exoskeletons, with squishy, soft molten bodies.
I think Pyro as a lava monster would work even beyond Halloween and would give an interesting sub-set to the Volcano fragment a cool looking weapon that's pointless to use.
So here's some concepts and ideas for two miscs based on the lava monster trope

Ah neat, the collar works

It'll have 3 styles, one with the collar only, one with the cravat only, and the default one will have both.
Now I want to make it blend properly with his suit for the cravat only style. How do I do that? Basically I want this line gone:

Manually rotating normals has been mentionned a few pages ago, how do I do that? Is it the proper way of doing it?
Need a gentlemanny ghost? Look no further, as these ghosts, Deadmond and Boo-tarch haunt you to Hell and back with their smoke filled pipes!

(Deadmond and Boo-tarch aren't the real names, I just made that up)
But there you guys have it, smoke and everything. Works like a charm.

I know somebody has done it for demoman. I was actually going to do it, but I saw someone already did.

What program do you use? If it's 3DS Max, it's a matter of the Edit Normals modifier, but I can only do basic stuff with it, not sure how to make exact matching values. And, when you export, make sure you use tick Explicit Normals method each time or it'll just rebuild normals from the smoothing groups.
The Zig-Zags on the mouth and the eyes look too bright imo

The particles will appear when a spy cloaks with the item or when he's disguised as somebody with it. I think the only way you could make some good smoke would to make a stringy mesh coming out of the pipe with a moving texture on it.

The readme for spookyvision said it works on fastlane, but when I tried it there, the sky didn't change.

Everything else seems to work fine, though, except for the lack of screen border.
It really is kind of jarring seeing those spooky buildings with a bright clear sky.

I think a black or dark gray choppy look would be the best for the border, and what are you going to do about the particles? Some are in a file that are protected on most servers, and require a constantly updated get-around manifest.

If you're not going to plan on adding these to the workshop, then at least give him a Gir plushie.
But otherwise...I don't know, for some reason, the Bonesaw seems a bit more blunt than sharp.

It's a weird glitch with the other bone that's on the heavy's forearm. For some reason, stuff rigged to it can be seen through the heavy in the model viewer.
