Your smd file (not the qc) is referencing a biclops_eye.vmt, and it can't find it because you renamed it to "biclops_iris.vmt"

Is this a bunch of planes or just several big ones with transparency in the alpha? Im trying to do my monkey paw item but it just doesn't look right with the fur purely textured on.
