I wonder if you could trick the flexes to show different emotions than what the class is showing.
So for example, a ghost that floats behind Medic and makes the opposite reaction he makes. When Medic laughs, the ghost frowns, when Medic is in pain, the ghost smiles. Make it the patient who was part of a tortured experiment by Medic and now follows Medic and does opposite things as Medic. Also he looks like a paper ghost.

kinda feel like they would really make the item

yeah, the way it works you can do anything you want really as long as it's not adding new verts

normalmap is compressed and pixelated, just like many normalmaps in tf2

You could try removing the normals altogether. TF2 stuff doesn't use them much anyway.

One problem might be that sniper already has a vampire hunter set (honestly suits his character better)
and this isn't as obvious, there's no actual vampire killing equipment, it's just some black clothing/details
and the boots are sort of similar to the tanker boots with those straps
very nicely drawn though
