I'm not sure if it's the same one or not but I think I actually textured that; it was my first ever actual texture I made, I'd love to see it for nostalgia purposes and to see how far I've come.

I Pmed him on Polycount, he said he submitted them to valve. But knowing Valve's stance on fixing textures, they'll ignore it. I did suggest to him to upload them to Dropbox, but I got no reply about it.

The green pattern was just a test image to put the idea across. The final would in no way be green but an array of colours similar to their existing pants as you said.
