Made them a little bit lighter, also made the undershirt a little bigger bit lighter.
Should I make the undershirt paintable?
Make the dogtags the same color as scouts and the undershirt darker.

That's a definitely possibility, it would work nice with the Radar's lack of metal generation, since you wouldn't have to worry about spending metal to upgrade. However, I would like the radar to have the ability to be upgradeable, to give Valve more possibilities when deciding the stats (if of course it ever gets that far).

It has upgrades on it, and I think it makes sense to increase the range with upgrades.

I've though about making it shorter, but more so in order to match the height of a Level 3 Dispenser. I would remove the area above the radar screen where the name plate is if I was to make it shorter. However, I think the height difference between the legs and the body looks nice; might get to boxy if I shorten the body. Something to consider though.

I think the dog tags make it slighlty too busy and I'd like a style without them, but other than that I don't mind them too much. Makes sense for a pragmatist in a warzone to wear them. By the way, that item is amazing.
