Since you've already uploaded I guess you won't be doing any changes. Those tiny flaps does not look typical to bats nor realistic to support flight like that. Generally, wide flaps and possibly having it slightly bobbing up and down between flaps to make it more dynamic.

Over the next few days I am going to be fine tuning the animation and textures until I release it.

I think SVDL should ask Valve to implement a clean style for the Apparatchik's Apparel, it's basically the Heavy's normal shirt but longer and without the class icon.

Made it look way more natural. I added animation to the head, and animation to the feet. I guess it is a bit hard to tell though. Also I made it so it doesn't go so far away from the player and teleport back. It looks fine moving still, but every time I hit record it just sat in the same spot.
