Has anyone got an idea what could be wrong with a vtf file when shadows don't appear on the model?

Well, this is an accidental case of plagiarism on my part: [IMG]http://puu.sh/YmsE[/IMG] ... kinda. Any comments about the colours on my design would be nice. I heard that the wooden body needs to be more tied with the Medic's brighter pallete in terms of colour, but I feel that painting over with would take away from the grungy and decayed look I want for that wood, considering it's for Halloween. Thoughts? Edit: For clarity, my design is the one on the right.

Priority is making them work for SFM so the machinima community has something to work with for fun stuff, but I definitely had them in mind as gibs too.

Thoughts?[/QUOTE] Sounds weird but that backpack looks a lot like a Killing Floor item. Grungy, a bit overrealistic and detailed for a TF2 item. This is my unprofessional opinion, though, based only on the picture I have. You may try change the canisters in particular to match the Medic better, and the rust on the grating is very well done but may be outside the style of the game.

Out of curiosity and due to my own purchase how many people here in the Emporium use 2 screens or more? As hooh boy, working with textures on one screen and having the modelviewer open + reference on the other is amazing.
