They won't. I've heard many things about people who join mid-games, ranging from "it's impossible because it's currently bugged" to "people who joins midgame dont get rewards"

I just finished one of the Coal Town missions in Mann Up mode.
We rocked it, we lost once.
No one gave up, no one was a shitty sniper.
We. Rocked.

At the end I got the Battery Bandolier, someone got a Strange Botkiller Sniper Rifle.
And someone either really got into the emotion side of it, or is REALLY good at fake crying.

All the shit I say about MVM just dissolves with one amazing game like that.

I only played Mann Up once. I arrived on the last wave of the second Decoy mission, and after the second try we made it and I got an item, my tour badge and the first part of my first tour.

I don't know what they're talking about.
