Team Fortress 2 General Chat & Main Headquarters - Shoot Many Robots - Games

So I have this really annoying bug on one of the servers I frequent, whenever I shoot a weapon that uses the bullet tracer, it makes large sphere of red Xs appear. It's only on one server, I have nothing custom, so it must be the server. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix it? It's just alternative entertainment. People do the same with sports, games, and hobbies, and really, I'm spending my life on Video Games. And, although unless I make it big on the internet, I'll need an ACTUAL JOB, what I do in my sparetime is not something I should feel guilty about, no matter how much time I've "Wasted" on it.
