Vice city plot was better
"Ok tommy, we got fucked over by the police and now we have to get money to pay your boss"

San andreas was a bit of a clusterfuck, at one point you are a fighthign a rival gang, then infiltrating the Area 51 because some hippy wants alien goo, then working for a FBI agent
I like both games anyways, SA for the world and tons of stuff to do, and Vice city for the setting and plot

CJ is my all time fav but Niko's pretty cool. I actually think Niko Bellic is one of the better characters I've seen in games in a while, I just feel that he was too serious for GTA.
