Building is cheaper. I have a PC that can run TF2, UT3, Burnout paradise, CS:GO, etc at the highest settings and was only $400. Only thing I need to upgrade is my graphics card. They build the computer for you and gather most of their materials from Newegg, probably the cheapest place on the web. Not to mention ibuypower gets amazing deals, like, steam sale deals, but for computers. I got free liquid cooling and a free dual core processor for my purchase.
