I would recommend contacting Steam Support, you might get something shiny for your troubles (or atleast some reassurance that they recognize it as a bug and are working on it). What I'm saying is, it wouldn't hurt to submit a bug report or something.

I got a spare Blighted Beak, Connoisuers Cap, and Large Luchadore from Mann Up Mode missions, what should I do with them?
