So is a tour with the ticket or can you do the regular ones and still get the item? Also is it a drop for finishing it or a 100% chance of getting it once you do them all?

Offtopic in specific general chat threads is fine because it's difficult to naturally speak about one topic for a prolonged period of time without maybe going off topic for a few pages. Inherent thing is to not try to alienate people who actually [I]do[/I] want to speak about TF2, or clogging up the thread with arguments that could be easily resolved with PM's or on profile comments. Truthfully both of these happen here fairly commonly. Big thing is though that making another thread like Rageguy did comes off as more spiteful and petty. Like taking your ball and playing somewhere else after you have an argument with another kid, kicker is that it just clutters the forum and sort of bogs everything down because some people don't know which thread really pertains to which. [B]tl;dr[/B] there will always be a balance between offtopic and proper tf2 discussion. Now drop it before a mod remembers it's just easier to lock this thread to let people cool off and get on with his own day.
