The achievement is too dominate someone who wears it, so a revenge kill wouldn't do anything. Except count towards a domination of that person, and that person is dominated you get the achievement and the hat.

Save for the event hats, I only got a Camera Beard and three Engy hats, by pure chance (no tokens or anything). I think the game is trying to tell me something.

Since I only use the Texas Ten-Gallon, you think I should craft my Hatless Engy and my Welders Mask, or should I just hold onto them?
