First, it's not my backpack, it's from a guy I know on a French forum, for the story, this guy gave his account information to a Mac User for the earbuds, but the guy just deleted all his items... :saddowns:

So he made a request to Valve and voilà ! He got back all his items + another Alien Swarm hat.
