Texture fits Spy's clothings and the hat perfectly, and is a lot better than the MSpaint like texture on the Bucket hat.
It is an insanely stylish hat, with a perfectly mysterious touch over it, making one of the most professional classes look even more professional.
It is not overrated, it is just as good as everyone should think it is.
