Pride, power, elegance. The few whom are lucky enough to wear such a masterpiece on their scalps would use these words to describe what they are blessed with. Some men climb up the highest mountains to yell their name to the world, however the gentlemen who own these fine hats have no need to.

I guess it's decent for anyone without a Soldier hat. Because really, any of his real hats is better than this. But it's better than Halo, Gibus, or Parasite.
