I've seen about ten other snipers with it so far, it's kinda becoming a camera beard thing. So many snipers are getting it. Also, I'd be willing to offer a medic/sniper token to anyone as well for trading. I'd like a hat pile or a hotrod/any pyro hat besides brain slug.

Varies. I usually get about 8. Some weeks more, some weeks less.
