Dear hat thread, I'm in the process of gathering three more scrap metal and would like some advice. A short story about how my small brother crafted his hats. I was involved by showing him how to craft and doing most of the actions, no decisions. So he got quite early after purchase 2 hats. Bonk Helm and Scout's tossle cap. He got enough items to craft a hat so we did. We got Medic's Mirror. He wasn't satisfied so he told me to craft it with the helm. We got the Football Helmet. Again he told me to craft it with his other Scout hat. And hurray we got Safe'n'Sound. We were both happy. Yesterday he told me he doesn't need few items and we were able to craft yet again. Poof and Spy's Mullet appeared. I was happy for my brother, maybe even a bit jealous. Guess what, today he came for a short visit and asked if you can reverse crafts. He smelted those two in Tossle Cap...

I think it's the best sniper hat as well, but that croc hat that's gonna come out in the polycount update looks amazing.
