I got a Troublemaker's Tossle cap just yesterday I'll just wait until I get enough metal to craft a new hat so I can get a new hat. If I don't like it I'll craft it with the tossle cap. (I could get a new hat right now but I ain't giving up my Modest Pile)

It depends what sort of Heavy you are. If you're a Heavy that goes in the open with the fists out and punches walls, the Helmet is your hat of choice.
