The only class-specific hat I have is the Magistrate's Mullet, I crafted it yesterday. The event hats I have are the Gibus, the Earbuds, and the AS Parasite. Also, about how rare is it to find a hat in a drop as opposed to a weapon?

You can found 10 hats in half of year.
You can find no hats if you play from beta. Random is so random.
