I crafted my Mirror with a Medic token and 4 Refined.
I crafted my Brainslug and Bonk Helm with 3 Refined.
I crafted my Hustler's Hallmark using:

I like the Whoopee Cap more than my Bonk Helm, but honestly a Baker's Boy or a Tossle Cap would be my favorites for Scout.
However if I craft 3 refines after the Polycount Update and get the Milkman's Hat I will be so saded. :C
